Reiki Healing and Balancing Work

Reiki is an energy healing therapy, allowing a flow of universal energy throughout your body.

I will tune into your energy which comes via the universe through the Reiki channel to you.

PHONE / SKYPE REIKI

You will email me a picture of yourself prior to the session.

You may choose to be seated in a quiet room with soft music in the background so that you can connect with your body, mind and spirit as we proceed through the session.

FACE TO FACE REIKI

The technique I use in person is hands on Reiki, based on Dr Usui.

I use a light hands technique, similar to massage.

The light tough is worked through your energy fields, clearing blocks and lightening many fields. Reiki will be received by the body’s energy where needed.
