I find this practice brings us back to our own space, where our Hearts open, and our truths emerge, where we are calling for infinite guidance perhaps having been in a place of fear or worry. This practice connects us to possibilities and the rest is up to how much you want to let go and accept what you are receiving or sensing is for your higher good.
